Staff Integrations Engineer

📋 Description

• Architect end-to-end integrations across Salesforce, Snowflake/BigQuery, Slack, and billing systems.
• Define and enforce integration patterns and API standards across the GTM stack.
• Lead incident response and RCAs for integration failures; improve observability and alerting.
• Build internal tools to replace SaaS and reduce costs; ship internal apps from scratch.
• Partner with Revenue Operations to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering with focus on integrations/internal platforms.
• Expert-level Python; production-grade code (plus Java and JavaScript).
• Deep experience with Salesforce data model, APIs, automation, and Snowflake/BigQuery.
• Proven track record building internal tooling that reduces SaaS reliance.
• Strong data modeling, API design, event-driven architectures, ETL/ELT.
• Experience integrating billing/finance/quote-to-cash systems (Stripe, NetSuite, Zuora).
