📋 Description

• Lead strategic architecture and multi-year tech roadmap for fraud prevention.
• Design high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems for real-time data.
• Partner with Engineering Director/Manager to align investments with goals.
• Shape product strategy with Director of Engineering and Product teams.
• Standardize practices across 2–3 fraud-focused teams.
• Mentor senior engineers and foster rigorous peer review.

• Experience designing large-scale distributed systems.
• Security-by-design mindset for KYC and regulated data.
• Proactive collaborator with Eng, Product, Compliance, ML Eng.
• Applied AI experience: LLM interfaces, policies, RAG.
