Staff/Lead Machine Learning Engineer, Behavior & Planning

📋 Description

• Lead ML initiatives across the autonomy stack from idea to on-road deployment.
• Design and productionize models for behavior and planning across geographies and vehicle platforms.
• Collaborate with Perception, Simulation & Evaluation, ML Infra, and Autonomy teams to deliver
• Own end-to-end model lifecycle: data, training, onboard inference, evaluation, and on-road

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years building and deploying ML systems; track record leading multi-team initiatives.
• M.S./Ph.D. in CS/AI/ML/Robotics or equivalent experience.
• Strong foundation in ML; expertise in sequential decision making, prediction, or generative
• Full ML lifecycle experience from data collection to deployment and iteration.
• Strong Python (required) and/or C++ skills; ability to lead across teams.
• Excellent communication and ability to align cross-functional stakeholders.
