Staff Machine Learning Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate production-grade agentic AI systems across ServiceNow's platform.
• Develop autonomous agents that reason over enterprise data and act across workflows at Fortune 500
• Own agentic architecture including orchestration, memory, planning loops, and safety guards.
• Collaborate on retrieval/grounding with RAG pipelines, hybrid search, and evaluation.
• Integrate frontier models (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI) into the Sense → Decide → Act → Govern flow.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years building production software with reliability and scalability.
• Hands-on experience shipping generative AI products (not just prototyping).
• Strong understanding of how large language models work and prompt design.
• Prompt engineering with versioning and evaluation cycles.
• Experience in eval engineering with production-grade evaluation suites.
• Cost/latency tradeoffs and model routing in production systems.
