📋 Description

• Lead GenAI engineer for voice and audio ML at Weave
• Design platforms to scale AI features for product teams
• Bridge ML research and customer-facing products as a technical leader
• Own ML infrastructure and delivery across data pipelines
• Collaborate with managers and engineers to set technical direction

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in ML/AI with audio/voice GenAI at scale
• Deep expertise in distributed systems and data stores (PostgreSQL, NoSQL)
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, Fine Tuning
• Proficient in cloud-native infra (GCP/AWS), Kubernetes, IaC
• Strong cross-team leadership and architectural influence
• Customer-facing GenAI experience and external product delivery
