Staff Machine Learning Engineer - Seattle

📋 Description

• Drive end-to-end ML initiatives from concept to production for high-impact problems.
• Build and maintain ML systems powering Haus products (cMMM).
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering and science teams.
• Design and implement AI workflows for ML pipelines with model validation.
• Mentor ML engineers and raise the organization’s ML bar.

🎯 Requirements

• PhD or equivalent in CS/Engineering/Math or related field
• 10+ years building/operating production ML systems
• Experience in exploratory data analysis, statistical modeling, hypothesis testing
• Cross-functional collaboration experience
• Proficiency in Python, Go, Java, or C++
