🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in quantitative field; PhD preferred.
• 4+ years in model risk, validation, governance, or related risk function.
• Strong AI/ML knowledge; tree-based models, neural nets; Generative AI familiarity.
• Experience in regulated financial services or high-stakes environments.
• Familiarity with Generative AI evaluation concepts and risk controls.
• Proficiency in R, Python, SQL, and Git; strong data/analysis skills.
