🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as researcher or engineer.
• 2+ years hands-on ML/Data Science experience.
• Proficiency in programming and strong mathematical intuition.
• Hands-on ML expertise; ability to ship production ML systems.
• Excellent communication and ownership of end-to-end projects.
• Strong leadership and ability to drive projects from concept to deployment.
