🎯 Requirements

8+ years in manufacturing/test engineering for complex hardware.
Strong knowledge of ICT, MDA, Board Functional Test, diagnostic coverage.
Experience with ODM/CM/JDM manufacturing partners and high-volume server hardware.
Hands-on Linux-based testing, scripting, log collection, failure triage (Python, Bash).
Ability to define test fixtures, test stations, and production test infrastructure.
Data-driven quality metrics, yield improvement, and corrective action leadership.
