Staff Manufacturing Test Engineer

📋 Description

• End-to-end manufacturing test readiness for an entire product line.
• Collaborate with product, manufacturing ops, and software teams to define robust test sequences
• Design and implement new test equipment for scalable, automated manufacturing.
• Lead investigations using MES data to identify root causes of production issues.
• Maintain software quality via code reviews and hardware-in-loop CI.
• Identify opportunities to eliminate waste and improve speed, reliability, and scalability.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years engineering experience in manufacturing, 5+ years in NPI test development.
• Strong hands-on Python coding for test automation and tooling.
• Experience defining testing frameworks/strategies for new products.
• Proven root-cause and failure analysis for test/equipment issues.
• Creative problem-solver with excellent cross-functional communication.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
