Staff Mechanical Design & Analysis Engineer

📋 Description

• Own mechanical design from concept through production release for V-BAT propulsion hardware.
• Design propulsion components and subsystems and drive through prototyping, test, and production
• Perform mechanical analysis to prove designs: static, fatigue, vibration, thermal, durability, and
• Collaborate across teams to integrate hardware with electrical, aero-performance, software

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• 5+ years of professional mechanical design experience.
• Strong 3D CAD modeling and detailed mechanical design skills.
• Experience developing production-ready drawings and documentation.
• Understanding of GD&T and manufacturing processes.
• Experience owning components through full product lifecycle and prototype testing.
