Minimum 12 years exp with Bachelor's or 8+ yrs with MS or PhD + exp
Strong mechanical design and analytical skills
Experience with high-volume manufacturing (injection molding, MIM, stamping, extrusion, machining)
Materials knowledge (metals and plastics) and material properties
3D CAD proficiency (SolidWorks preferred) and GD&T
Design for Manufacturing & Assembly, reliability focus, root cause analysis
