Staff ML Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and execute Lyra’s long-term AI platform roadmap
• Architect end-to-end training, fine-tuning, and low-latency inference
• Establish SDLC standards for AI/ML workstreams
• Partner with Product, Data Science, Security, and Clinical teams
• Mentor Senior ML Engineers and set engineering best practices
• Lead technical prototypes and contribute code

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years deploying ML/AI in production
• Python, REST design, Protobuf, microservices
• Docker, Kubernetes, real-time inference services
• RAG pipelines, fine-tuning LLMs, vector databases, LLM evaluation/guardrails
• Relational databases, low-latency stores, Kafka/Celery data pipelines
• Cloud architecture on AWS or equivalent
