Staff ML - GenAI Engineer, Voice & Speech

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ML infra and AI models for voice, speech, and audio
• Build internal tools and services for integrating AI into products
• Partner with product managers and engineers to translate objectives into ML roadmaps
• Provide technical leadership on ML best practices and model lifecycle
• Develop distributed systems for large-scale data and cloud-native AI workloads
• Deliver high-quality, tested code and promote engineering excellence

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in ML/AI or related engineering disciplines with production AI systems experience
• Strong Generative AI expertise: LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, multimodal models
• Experience with voice/speech/ audio ML: ASR, transcription, speech synthesis, real-time audio
• Proven distributed systems experience for enterprise-scale B2B applications
• Advanced Python and ML tooling: MLFlow, Kubeflow, Dagster, DVC, Triton, Jupyter, PostgreSQL
• Cloud platforms: AWS or GCP; strong cloud-native, Kubernetes, IaC skills
