Staff Network Engineer (AI Fabric, Datacenter and Edge Networking)

📋 Description

• Own the long-term technical direction, architecture, and operational strategy for high-performance
• Design, deploy, and operate GPU networking fabrics for distributed AI workloads.
• Architect large-scale RoCE and Ethernet fabrics (leaf-spine, fat-tree, rail, multi-plane).
• Optimize east-west GPU communication patterns for high-throughput workloads.
• Implement and operate RDMA, RoCE, high-bandwidth Ethernet, Spectrum-X, and AI networking platforms.
• Define reference architectures, deployment standards, and validation criteria.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience in large-scale datacenter networks in production.
• Expert knowledge of BGP, OSPF, ECMP, EVPN/VXLAN.
• Proven experience with high-speed Ethernet hardware in production.
• Strong experience with NVIDIA/Mellanox platforms and high-performance interconnects.
• Deep expertise in networking fabrics for large GPU clusters and distributed AI.
• Understanding of GPU communication patterns for distributed training/inference.
