Staff Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Own and scale cloud infrastructure for the platform.
• Lead BYOC capabilities incl provisioning, upgrades, observability.
• Operationalize IaC and GitOps for quick, reliable shipping.
• Establish SLOs and incident management processes.
• Own data infra: PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, ClickHouse.
• Drive security/compliance initiatives and reliability focus.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in platform/infrastructure/SRE roles with production systems.
• Deep Kubernetes production experience.
• Experience with BYOC, single-tenant, on-prem, or air-gapped envs.
• Strong AWS expertise; GCP/Azure a plus.
• Advanced Terraform experience with modules and multi-account setups.
• PostgreSQL expertise including performance, migrations under load.
