Staff Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Define architecture and platform infra for Cortex
• Own deploy pipeline and move to GitOps (Argo)
• Harden multi-tenant isolation for top customers
• Stabilize databases and support performance, availability
• Build infra for compliant gov deployments (encryption, auth, data flow)
• Set observability and on-call standards; promote platform-first thinking

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 10+ years building scalable production systems
• Kubernetes expertise and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
• Strong Postgres with scale migrations
• Architectural judgment on cross-team platforms
• Proficient in an application language (JVM) and infra-app overlap
