Staff Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Define and execute Clutch's Platform Engineering strategy.
• Build and evolve the Internal Developer Platform for self-service tooling.
• Own the architecture and evolution of CI/CD platform and deployment workflows.
• Design and scale cloud infrastructure using AWS, Terraform, and GitHub Actions.
• Improve developer velocity through automation, tooling, and infra improvements.
• Define platform standards and reusable infra patterns for reliability, observability, security.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years building cloud infrastructure and DevOps at scale.
• Experience as Staff Engineer, Technical Lead, or senior IC.
• Deep experience with AWS, Terraform, Docker, and modern CI/CD.
• Strong software engineering mindset with tooling in Python, Go, or JavaScript.
• Experience designing scalable developer platforms and tooling.
• Proven ability to identify org-wide technical problems and craft long-term solutions.
