• Own and evolve CI/CD architecture and developer-facing delivery experience
• Design, operate, and improve production-grade delivery infra
• Improve pipeline reliability, speed, scalability, predictability
• Define paved paths for product teams to ship quickly
• Own end-to-end software delivery lifecycle from merge to production
• Champion progressive delivery with canary deployments and automated rollbacks

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in Platform Engineering or Developer Experience (CI/CD, software delivery)
• Experience with large organizations (hundreds+ engineers) preferred
• Own/operate CI/CD platforms at admin/architect level (security, governance, enablement)
• Design/scale/operate reliable production delivery systems
• Hands-on software engineering in production quality Go
• Knowledge of progressive delivery like canary deployments/auto rollbacks
