Staff Platform Manager, Conversational Products

📋 Description

• Own the platform that shapes how the AI Assistant reasons, retrieves, and responds.
• Define success criteria and align with partners across knowledge and engineering teams.
• Lead cross-functional work to produce scalable, safe, and accurate AI-powered experiences.
• Own launch readiness for major model and platform changes, balancing speed and safety.
• Present to leadership and drive a single source of truth across teams.
• Collaborate with data science, policy, and engineering to resolve complex issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years building technology products with at least 5 in product management or related technical
• Direct experience shipping generative AI or ML products to production (retrieval-augmented
• Hands-on technical depth; able to read/debug prompts and shape production behavior.
• Data fluency; comfortable working with production data and validating analyses end-to-end.
• Strong experience with LLN evaluation and designing automated evaluation/calibration systems.
• Excellent product/UX sense, focusing on latency, tone, and trust in AI interactions.

🎁 Benefits

• Pay range: $200,000 — $240,000 USD
• Base pay may be complemented by bonus, equity, benefits, and travel credits
