Staff Platform Manager, Payments Regional Growth

📋 Description

• Own regional payments product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Brazil, Mexico, and LATAM region
• Improve checkout and conversion, boosting regional authorization and payment-success rates.
• Expand local payment methods and affordability options (BNPL) to grow bookings.
• Lead full product lifecycle: discovery, PRDs, launch, ramp, and iteration with experiments and A/B
• Define requirements for processor/payment-method integrations with Engineering and Partnerships.
• Drive regulatory and compliance workstreams with Legal, Tax, Compliance, and Finance.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product management with payments or financial products.
• Deep payments stack knowledge: payins/payouts, authorization/settlement, 3DS/SCA, tokenization
• Strong checkout/conversion instincts and data-driven decision making (KPIs, experiments).
• Experience with LATAM ecosystem and local regulatory frameworks (Brazil, Mexico).
• English required; Portuguese/Spanish strongly preferred; ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Technical acumen to partner with engineers and explain complex concepts simply.
