Staff PLM Analyst

📋 Description

• Own strategy, standards, and governance for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) in Hardware Quality
• Maintain product data integrity and enable cross-functional teams with a single source of truth
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Program Management to reflect
• Serve as system administrator and data steward for PLM, including data standards and document
• Mentor junior analysts and coach BOM-related work, design intent, and revision discipline.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to scale PLM with the company and improve processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related
• 8+ years in PLM analysis, product data management, or configuration management; experience defining
• Strong server and data center architecture knowledge; experience with BOM, ECO/ECN, and change
• Experience mentoring analysts and creating training materials/SOPs; excellent stakeholder
• Ability to own outcomes autonomously across multiple high-impact initiatives.
• Deep familiarity with ERP/PLM integrations (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and NPI programs.
