📋 Description

• Drive applied research and technical direction across retrieval, ranking, and agentic search.
• Design multi-stage retrieval architectures for query understanding and reranking.
• Enable LLMs and AI agents to reason over changing web data in real time.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in applied AI, ML, or related field.
• Track record shipping ML/AI systems at scale.
• Deep expertise in search, IR, ranking, or recommendations.
• Strong DL knowledge: transformers, embeddings, LLMs.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-integrated AI systems.
• Experience with evaluation frameworks and metrics.
