🎯 Requirements

• Staff/Principal level engineer or equivalent
• Strong TypeScript/JavaScript or Python background
• Hands-on with OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, Cursor
• Deep AI-assisted dev workflow experience
• Able to judge code without full execution
• Direct, opinionated feedback mindset
