Staff Product Deployment Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead the deployment and implementation of humanoid robot solutions at customer locations.
• Plan, organise, and supervise on-site PoC and Pilot projects, both short and long-term.
• Integrate technical development activities into the deployment project and manage delivery risks.
• Supervise visits to customer facilities to gather data and ensure successful integration.
• Oversee lab test environments for reliability and performance testing; define testing strategies.
• Lead product demonstrations in the lab for customers, investors, and internal stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
• Experience leading projects in robotic solutions or automation systems.
• Hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, assembly, and maintenance.
• Experience managing concept/pilot projects and deployment processes.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; able to work independently.
• Ability to build relationships with customers including senior stakeholders.
