Staff Product Designer

📋 Description

• Define elegant product experiences for sales workflows
• Build AI-powered features with polished UI and flows
• Present design strategies and prototypes to leadership
• Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
• Collaborate with other Product Designers to expand our design system
• Partner with Product Managers to shape vision and run usability studies

🎯 Requirements

• Strong portfolio in AI-powered product design with UX/UI experience
• Curious about new technologies; evidence of AI experiments in portfolio
• Experience leading a major feature area or new product independently
• Autonomous, able to run cross-disciplinary workshops
• 10+ years in digital product/UX design; staff/lead level preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
