📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end product design for complex enterprise cybersecurity workflows.
• Use AI-powered tools with Figma to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and delivery.
• Design intuitive experiences for data-dense, technical, configuration-heavy environments.
• Translate concepts into prototypes and implementation-ready solutions using AI to generate front-end code.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Content Design, Research, Data Science, and AI teams.
• Evolve design systems and AI-native practices while maintaining quality across UX, accessibility, and research.

🎯 Requirements

• AI-native mindset with daily use of tools like Claude or Cursor.
• 8+ years UX/Product Design experience, 5+ years in enterprise or B2B.
• Portfolio showing shipped enterprise UX using Figma or Sketch (portfolio link required).
• Strong visual and interaction design; proven design systems experience.
• Deep understanding of front-end constraints (HTML, CSS, JS) and ability to read code.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
