Staff Product Designer

📋 Description

• Lead design initiatives from concept through launch with engineers and other designers
• Channel design thinking into the product development process for real user problems
• Hone open-ended ideas into actionable directions via research, prototyping, iteration
• Create end-to-end experiences across mobile and web with high visual quality
• Evolve design systems to raise quality, consistency, and efficiency
• Explore AI-enabled design workflows to improve team effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience across consumer and platform products
• Ability to own complex, ambiguous problem spaces
• Strong product sense; strategic thinking in a small team
• Mobile-first design experience with polished mobile UX
• Exceptional visual and interaction design, portfolio with craft and detail
• Experience building or scaling design systems or libraries
