🎯 Requirements

7+ years in product design with a portfolio showing strong craft and impact (mobile apps).
Proven ability to lead design direction for large, complex product areas.
Strong UX and visual design skills solving ambiguous problems with clarity.
Advanced prototyping skills to communicate complex interactions clearly.
Experience influencing product strategy and cross-functional decisions.
Strong systems thinking; experience contributing to design systems at scale.
