Staff Product Designer, Customer mp; Partner Experience (CPEX)

📋 Description

• Design for content at scale across many sources and systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and product management from early in the process.
• Own the customernd user journey for finding, navigating, and using content.
• Lead cross-property information architecture and UX systems.
• Demonstrate design leadership across rapid iteration and feedback loops.
• Communicate design thinking to senior stakeholders and align on user-centered directions.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in digital product design with B2B SaaS and B2C experience
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end design strategy and execution
• Experience designing complex information architectures for diverse audiences
• Mastery of Figma and scalable design workflows
• Ability to synthesize research into actionable design direction
• BA/BS in Design or related field; or equivalent experience
