Staff Product Designer, Enterprise Products

📋 Description

• Design Enterprise customer platform end to end from a blank slate
• Research buyers: HR directors, L&D managers, procurement
• Design for two user types: L&D Manager and Global HR Director
• Work within and extend Berlitz design system for data-heavy admin product
• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for Enterprise Products
• Partner with Engineering and Product Management to ship MVP and iterate

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record shipping B2B enterprise software
• Experience taking product from 0 to 1 with ambiguity
• AI native experience with context engineering and generative design tools
• Experience designing for multiple stakeholders in one product
• Strong systems mindset and design system experience
• Comfort with integrations, permissions, data-heavy interfaces, compliance
