🎯 Requirements

10+ years in product design (B2B SaaS or AI-focused)
2-3+ years at Staff/Principal level with ownership
Strong portfolio of user-focused products
Deep AI design tooling knowledge
Cross-functional collaboration with PM, UX, Eng
Strong communication and autonomous work style
