Staff Product Designer, Guest & Discovery

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end guest discovery across search, filtering, results, maps, listing pages, and AI entry
• Create coherent discovery across brands and web/mobile platforms.
• Define information hierarchy of search and results cards for varying intents.
• Design interfaces for inferred, ranked, or predicted information with correction paths.
• Partner with engineering to structure representations for AI summarization and third-party
• Conduct continuous discovery with guests and operators.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience owning search, browse, or discovery in a two-sided marketplace, including
• A strong portfolio with two or three detailed case studies showing problem, research, iterations
• Experience designing high-information interfaces with clear information hierarchies and strong
• Experience designing products/interfaces powered by systems that infer, rank, recommend, or
• Clear perspective on how search/discovery should evolve in an AI-driven environment; understanding
• Strong systems-thinking, collaboration, and accessibility knowledge (WCAG 2.1 AA); familiarity with
