📋 Description

• Define UX strategy and experience architecture across Presence initiatives.
• Shape foundational experiences across identity, profiles, Reddit Pro, and emerging product areas.
• Turn ambiguous opportunities into clear direction using scalable frameworks.
• Use AI-assisted design and coding tools to create functional prototypes.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, Content Design, and senior leaders to influence
• Evolve how teams approach systems thinking, craft, and AI-native design.

🎯 Requirements

• 8 to 10+ years of product design experience in consumer technology.
• Strong systems thinking and platform-level design experience.
• Exceptional interaction design and information architecture skills.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and balancing long-term vision with execution.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong storytelling, facilitation, and communication skills.
