Staff Product Manager

📋 Description

• Lead Prism product strategy and roadmap for data-center operations.
• Partner with the CPO and Engineering to sequence and deliver the roadmap.
• Regularly visit customers to gather unfiltered production feedback.
• Translate floor pain into clear product requirements with operator context.
• Drive expansion by linking more data-center systems and insights.
• Own integrations that connect new systems to Prism and support autonomy.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of technical product management, leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Comfortable spending significant time directly with customers; core product work.
• Track record of moving from point solution toward platform or data surface.
• Translate customer needs into strategic direction and sequence steps.
• Deep expertise in prioritization frameworks and decision-making under uncertainty.
• Strong technical acumen: architecture, integrations/APIs, data platforms.
