Staff Product Manager

📋 Description

• Drive B2 product strategy and roadmap from concept to delivery.
• Lead end-to-end product development from discovery to delivery.
• Gather inputs from internal teams, customers, partners for discovery and prioritization.
• Translate complex customer problems into actionable requirements with Design, Eng, GTM.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to launch and drive adoption; evangelize solutions to customers.
• Establish and track KPIs; use data to guide iteration and growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Management experience in tech, preferably IaaS/SaaS.
• Proven track record launching and scaling technical products with cross-functional leadership.
• Strong grasp of cloud architecture, APIs, and security & compliance.
• Own roadmaps, MVPs, and end-to-end lifecycle.
• Strategic thinker translating market trends and customer needs into a roadmap.
• Empathetic product focus with data-driven decisions and strong communication.
