Staff Product Manager

📋 Description

• Set a multi-year strategy for Pinterest's client platform across iOS, Android, and Web.
• Own the roadmap for mobile and client build systems, CI, and release tooling.
• Improve client quality with metrics like CFUR, release health, code coverage, and perf.
• Define agentic tooling to automate migrations and test generation.
• Understand developer customers and define developer-experience and health metrics.
• Lead multi-phase migrations to reduce fragmentation and boost reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product management or technical leadership building client platforms.
• Direct experience owning mobile/web client platform architecture, build systems, CI/CD, or test infra.
• Proven record improving client quality metrics (CFUR, release health, code coverage, perf).
• Strong breadth across mobile and web; dive deep on architecture tradeoffs with engineers.
• Led large, multi-phase migrations or redesigns across many teams.
• Experience with agentic or LLM powered developer tooling is a plus.
