📋 Description

• Own two halves of Headway's billing platform: engine for new appointments and data outputs for
• Turn financial data into datasets, dashboards, and general-ledger outputs.
• Unify fragmented infrastructure to enable real-time visibility.
• Define billing state machine, handoffs, and guardrails for accuracy.
• Collaborate with Data/Engineering to monitor health and fix systemic issues.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Compliance for fast, audit-ready reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building billing platforms, ledgers, or accounting systems.
• Experience in healthcare, fintech, or marketplaces with complex payments.
• Ability to work with engineering on deep technical problems.
• Trusted partner for Finance, Accounting, and Compliance.
• Strong, clear communicator translating between accounting and engineering language.
