🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years as a Product Manager with leadership experience.
• Experience managing complex digital products in ecommerce/payments.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys and checkout optimization.
• Ability to define vision, strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision capability.
