Staff Product Manager, Cloud Namespace & Capacity

📋 Description

• Own the full Cloud Namespace lifecycle for Temporal Cloud.
• Define differentiated Namespace offerings and capacity management.
• Drive operational policy to deliver scalable multi-tenant service.
• Define Namespace SLOs/SLAs and communicate expectations.
• Own Namespace APIs & configuration for customer automation and UI.

🎯 Requirements

• Product leadership shipping platform/infrastructure products.
• Systems thinking with tiering, pricing, quotas, and defaults at scale.
• Collaboration with engineering on autoscaling, capacity planning, deployment, and placement.
• Experience defining and managing SLOs/SLAs with metrics-driven decisions.
• Stakeholder alignment across Engineering, Cloud Ops/SRE, Support, Sales, Solutions, Security.
• Clear written and verbal communication (PRDs, decision docs, customer explanations).
