Staff Product Manager, Commerce

📋 Description

• Define and drive product strategy across the Commerce domain spanning multiple teams and workflows
• Build intelligent AI agents to automate core commerce operations (quoting, billing, invoicing)
• Own the end-to-end roadmap with high-leverage problems and trade-off decisions
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, Operations, and other teams to ship integrated experiences
• Collaborate with global engineering teams across the West Coast US and China, establishing
• Use data to set direction; build metrics frameworks linking usage to business outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience
• Ability to own a product domain and lead multi-year roadmaps across multiple teams
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; SQL proficiency required
• Track record shipping products in data-dense, complex domains with multi-step workflows
• Experience aligning cross-functional teams around a shared roadmap
• Strategic and execution focus; ability to decide investments and define quarterly deliverables
