Staff Product Manager, Credit Underwriting

📋 Description

• Own underwriting strategy across multiple credit products
• Partner with Data Science, Engineering, Risk and other leaders
• Identify new credit signals and data sources
• Define core underwriting KPIs and balance outcomes
• Lead experimentation across strategies and models
• Translate complex ideas into product priorities

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product or credit risk, 5+ in underwriting
• Hands-on underwriting models and decisioning
• Multi-quarter/ multi-year underwriting strategy experience
• Strong quantitative capabilities with DS collaboration
• Regulatory/compliance experience in consumer credit
• Executive communication and stakeholder management
