Staff Product Manager, Developer Experience

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end developer workflow in dbt Cloud: Studio IDE, Developer Agent, Cloud CLI, and dbt
• Lead AI-native product development for developer experiences used by tens of thousands of data
• Collaborate with Fusion to integrate AI capabilities into developer tools and surface capabilities
• Shape IDE and developer tooling strategies with cross-functional partners across Eng, Design, and

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with time on developer tools, IDEs, or technical
• Direct experience managing IDE or developer environment products.
• Strong understanding of AI-powered development tools and agentic workflows.
• Technical foundation to work with engineering on system architecture and decisions.
• Excellent written/verbal communication; ability to write crisp specs and demo effectively.
• Experience conducting user research and translating feedback into prioritized work.
