• 8+ years in product management with growth/activation focus.
• Proven track record improving adoption via product-led initiatives.
• Experience on consumer or prosumer products with measurable growth.
• Strong experimentation skills: design tests, analyze results, make data-informed decisions.
• Ability to identify high-leverage onboarding, activation, and engagement opportunities.
• Strong product judgment, prioritization, and communication.
