📋 Description

• Define strategy for internal developer platform and AI tooling.
• Drive an integrated roadmap balancing platform investments with AI.
• Treat internal platform as a product; drive adoption with outcomes.
• Partner with engineering, Security, and product teams across Docker.
• Shape AI tooling across SDLC with safe, auditable automation.
• Identify internal tools for customer offerings; guide prototype to product.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management; 4+ years at staff level.
• Proven track record building/scaling platform or developer-tooling products.
• Strong technical acumen in Kubernetes, CI/CD, networking, APIs.
• Platform-as-a-product: self-service, golden paths, adoption.
• Fluency with AI/agentic workflows; hands-on with LLM-powered tooling.
• Excellent stakeholder management; ability to influence; remote-first comm.
