Staff Product Manager - Onboarding and Growth

📋 Description

• Own onboarding, activation, and early product adoption for practitioners on a SaaS platform.
• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for onboarding and growth initiatives.
• Lead discovery, translate customer needs into priorities, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Utilize behavioral data, funnels, and experiments to improve activation, engagement, and retention.
• Partner with Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success; influence product
• Leverage AI tools to enhance discovery, analysis, and delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience with cross-functional leadership.
• Significant SaaS onboarding, activation, PLG, or customer lifecycle experience.
• Strong understanding of journeys, funnels, analytics, experimentation, and growth metrics.
• Proven ability to drive activation/engagement/retention via data-informed experimentation.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing, Sales, and Customer
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with ability to influence senior leaders.
