Staff Product Manager, OpenTelemetry | Canada | Remote

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end journey for instrumenting workloads and sending OpenTelemetry data to Grafana Cloud.
• Make Grafana Cloud the easiest and most trusted destination for OpenTelemetry workloads.
• Define coherent experiences for SDK instrumentation, automatic instrumentation, and Collector
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure telemetry is healthy, attributed, and actionable.
• Balance product strategy across multiple teams with a focus on activation and outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and GTM to deliver a differentiated OpenTelemetry experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management in developer tools, observability, or technically complex B2B
• Experience leading strategy across multiple engineering teams without direct authority.
• Strong knowledge of OpenTelemetry, SDK instrumentation, OTLP, Collector pipelines, and telemetry
• Experience building instrumentation systems or related infrastructure.
• Understanding of deploying software across Kubernetes, VMs, and public clouds.
• Proven ability to translate onboarding, configuration, and troubleshooting into clear product
