📋 Description

• Own end-to-end OpenTelemetry experience for Grafana Cloud
• Define vision, strategy, and cross-product roadmap
• Collaborate with remote global teams across Engineering, Design, GTM
• Balance onboarding, config, and troubleshooting workflows
• Lead with AI tools to accelerate insights and outcomes
• Ensure telemetry is healthy, attributed, and actionable

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management for developer tools or data platforms
• Strong OpenTelemetry knowledge: SDK instrumentation, OTLP, Collector
• Experience building instrumentation systems and telemetry workflows
• Proven ability to lead multiple teams without direct authority
• Excellent communication in a remote, global setting
• Sustained track record turning research into measurable outcomes
