📋 Description

• Office-based; 5 days/week onsite at HQ in San Mateo, CA
• Lead partnerships with telecom providers to enable drone connectivity
• Drive strategy to deepen existing relationships and expand ecosystem
• Coordinate with field teams for events and major incidents
• Collaborate with product and engineering to support connectivity needs
• Ensure compliance and certifications for regulators and operators

🎯 Requirements

• Technical background or degree in engineering/telecom
• Strong analytical skills; translate customer needs into actions
• Experience managing complex technical requirements and negotiations
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
• Comfort with carrier network infrastructure and protocols
• Prior work at growth-stage company and/or wireless knowledge a plus

🎁 Benefits

• Competitive base salary: $230,000 - $285,000
