📋 Description

• Lead strategy for Trucking Technology to plan, procure, dispatch, and settle truck moves in North
• Unify fragmented ground transportation into a single Flexport platform by 2027.
• Define vision for planning, procurement, and carrier experience integration.
• Own end-to-end trucking automation initiatives, including AI-driven dispatch and scheduling.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Operations to translate logistics workflows into
• Mentor PMs and shape frameworks for complex product problems.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of PM experience with impact across complex domains.
• Deep trucking/ground transportation domain expertise preferred (FTL/LTL, procurement, dispatch, or
• Experience leading large platform consolidations or migrations without disrupting live ops.
• Operational process engineering skills with automation focus.
• Strong SQL and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to ship intuitive UX in data-dense domains and align cross-functional teams.
